2012-02-08T06:48:20Z http://krisblog.riversedgechurch.org/atom.aspx Quick Blogcast tag:krisblog.riversedgechurch.org,2009-07-09:9074d048-ef8c-4a79-93ae-c6b32d3f3346 Jay's Blog 2009-07-09T16:41:00Z 2009-07-09T16:41:00Z Hey church family,<BR><BR>I've offically jumped into "cyber-pastoring."&nbsp; Although I'm not a big fan of the surface connection that these medium bring, I don't want to neglect any opportunity I may have to connect with those that prefer a less invasive type of communication.<BR><BR>The Lord has really abeen challenging me lately on the truth that we must die to ourselves as disciples of Christ.&nbsp; Talk about invasive...this attacks every area of my life.&nbsp; Dead men have no life!!&nbsp; Sunday I will be discussing some strategies that can help us as we attempt to live the live that Jesus exemplified for us.<BR><BR>Many of us have numerous problems that hold us back in our walk and relationship with Jesus.&nbsp; Most all of these things can been traced back to the root of "focus on self."&nbsp; This is not unusual.&nbsp; the truth is, we are stuck with ourselves...we can't get away from ourselves.&nbsp; Fortunately the Lord knew we would struggle with this problem and has outlined the solution in His Word.<BR><BR>I look forward to sharing some of these truths with you on Sunday!!<BR><BR>Many Blessings,<BR>Kris
